Most standard listing photos and walkthrough videos are delivered by mid-day the next day. For tighter timelines, we offer rush options, including next-day delivery by 9 AM or same-day delivery for batches, both for an additional fee. We’ll make sure you have everything you need right on time!
We’re flexible when it comes to rescheduling—no problem at all! However, cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot may incur a fee.
Only when we have to. Properties located beyond a 20-mile boundary outside the Seattle core are charged $0.75 per mile for the additional distance. If ferries or paid parking are needed, those costs may also apply. We always try to avoid extra costs and will disclose all travel fees when scheduling your shoot.
Seattle’s weather can be unpredictable, but we’re prepared for it. It's always on our mind so we track conditions closely and recommend the best times to shoot based on your property’s location and positioning for exteriors.
For interiors, we offer blue sky replacement, though haze on the horizon and clear view shots can’t always be guaranteed. Drones can fly in light rain, but heavy rain, wind, or other factors might delay flights. If weather impacts auxiliary services like drones, we’ll reschedule at no charge; however, standard cancellation fees apply for full shoot cancellations f not made 24 hours in advance.
Yes, we offer bundle pricing for multiple listings on the same property, like DADUs, if they can be shot on the same day. For larger projects—such as full apartment developments, multi-unit properties, or large-scale community developments—we’re happy to create custom pricing packages designed to save you money while covering all your project needs. Yes, we specialize in virtual staging and rendering to help buyers visualize a property’s full potential, whether it’s furnishing an empty room or showcasing a future renovation. Our other post-production services include day-to-dusk editing for dramatic exteriors, sky replacements for vibrant visuals, virtual renovations to highlight possibilities, and cinematic effects for videos to create a polished, professional look.
After your photos are delivered and any additional services are completed, we’ll provide an invoice for payment. We prefer feeless methods like Zelle, Venmo, or check, but credit cards are also accepted with a small processing fee. For repeat clients, we can arrange monthly invoicing to make things easier.
